Renewal of Registration
Registration in South Australia expires on 31 December 2004.
If you wish to renew your registration for the period 1 January to 31 December 2005 you must lodge a completed Application for Renewal of Registration Form, together with the renewal fee, with the Board before 24 December 2004.

If you do not wish to renew and would like to allow your registration to lapse, please advise the Finance Officer by calling 08 8443 9669 (extension 224).
