Annual returns for chiropractors and osteopaths were posted to the professions on 13 October 2009, together with the Board's
Annual Newsletter - 2009.
All registrants wishing to continue their registration in 2010 must pay the annual practice fee and lodge the completed return form
(including all requested supporting documents) with the Board's office before
30 November 2009. This will allow
administrative staff time to process the returns and payments and follow up anyone who has not lodged their return before the
office closes for Christmas at 12noon on 24 December 2009. It is important to note that any registration that has not been
processed by 24 December 2009 may lapse on 31 December 2009.
If you misplace, or do not receive, your annual return you can download a generic form by clicking on one of the following

Non-Practising
Any registrants requiring non-practising registration will need to submit a signed
Non-Practising Declaration and also refer to the
additional information contained in the
Guidelines on Registration booklet.
Professional Development
All chiropractors and osteopaths are reminded that Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is compulsary for all practicing
practitioners (i.e. Full or Limited registration) therefore a summary of 12 hours of clinically relevant CPD completed in 2009 (i.e. Activity Log or Certificate of
Compliance from a recognised professional association)
must be submitted with the Annual Return by 30 November 2009.
